Four different cuts of pork are sold at the wholesale level: shoulder, loin, leg + side/belly. From this first series of cuts, known in the trade as primal cuts, a butcher will make the retail cuts that you bring home from the market.

At Hometown Processing, our philosophy is simple. We source our products from local farmers + ranchers to support the community that entrusts us with their meat processing needs. Our devotion to the animal continues at our facility in Missouri, where we meticulously hand-cut every piece of meat, making sure nothing good goes to waste. There’s so much more to love than T-Bones and Ribeyes, and we want you to experience it all.
